Berry raw bliss balls

I love how versatile this recipe is! 

The coconut and oats create a raw base for any flavour you wish to make - you can vary the taste tremendously by changing up your seeds, nuts and berries, but I love this version for a sweet, sugar-free flavour.

1 cup desiccated coconut or coconut flakes
1 cup gluten free rolled oats
1/3 cup seeds (pepitas or sunflower seeds or a combination of both)
1/3 cup nuts (I used almonds but you can use any nut like cashews, walnuts or macadamias)
2 tablespoons nut butter (I used peanut but again you can use any nut butter you wish)
2 tablespoons rice malt syrup
1/2 cup frozen berries (I used raspberries but you can substitute these for another berry)


Place everything in a food processor and blend. Roll into even sized balls and store in the fridge. 

It's that simple!
