OUR SOCIAL PURPOSE

THE HOLOS SOCIAL MISSION

TRAINING & EMPLOYMENT FOR SURVIVORS OF HUMAN TRAFFICKING

Our mission is to equip and encourage survivors of human trafficking to gain meaningful employment through real-life training, job opportunities and partnerships.

We're committed to the goal of working with survivors of trafficking to provide long-term, sustainable and hope-filled solutions for their future, to reduce the likelihood of further exploitation.

We are pioneering new ways to end modern-day slavery:

  • Our goal is to employ survivors of human trafficking within HOLOS, helping survivors gain confidence and employability skills while paying them a living wage and providing meaningful work opportunities. We're working toward this goal at the moment by hosting seasonal summer job placements for survivors, and from there we hope to expand to create new roles and opportunities as the business grows.
Please note: due to COVID-19 restrictions, our summer placement for 2020 has been rescheduled to summer 2021.

  • 25% of our founders’ shares have been set aside to create The HOLOS Foundation - a charitable foundation which, when set up, will support anti-trafficking programmes and purposes.
