Brewed for Good - Our 2024 Impact Report

Hi Everyone,

We’re excited to share our 2024 Social Impact Report with you - it’s been a big one! 

We are thrilled that in 2024, Holos Kombucha provided over 500 hours of paid work for 6 men and women  rebuilding their lives from trauma and exploitation.  

From our very inception, we have always had a mission to be a business with true impact, written into the very blueprint of what we do - ‘Brewed For Good’.  We believe this is the higher call of ALL businesses - to look at how we can have as positive an impact on society as possible, using the power, influence, opportunities and resources we have. 

What’s most exciting about 2024 for us has been the transformative impact of our work placements.  From helping individuals pay off debts,  inspiring study of English and Marketing, building confidence in taking public transport, returning to work after a decade, growing new skills - the simple process of being at work is so powerful. It fosters purpose, belonging and learning. 

This is also the year we proudly established The Holos Foundation as a legal entity, making a significant step in our mission.  Through the Foundation,   we provide additional wraparound support, which  our charity partners often find hard to fund but that can  improve the chances of a hope-filled future for all our placements. … such as counselling, deposits for move on accommodation or coaching. rom the very beginning, , we designed Holos  this way - Our unique share structure ensures that The Holos Foundation part-owns Holos, meaning as our business grows, so does the Foundation. This is our long-term legacy—crafting purpose into everything we do.

We have more planned for 2025 in furthering our impact and the ways in which we help people as they rebuild their lives, step by step. This  includes new initiatives and, most excitingly, the official launch of the Holos Foundation.  

A huge thank you to everyone who has got behind us this year in many different ways -  whether sharing our story, filling your fridge at home with Holos each month or stocking our product for a cafe, restaurant, wholesaler or retailer… or you have simply encouraged and championed us to keep going!  But don’t just take our word for it,, hear from those who have been directly supported through your decision to choose Holos:
