Returns and Refunds Policy

We can refund or exchange damaged or faulty goods upon request within a window of 14 days of your order being shipped.

We do not accept returns.

We dispatch Sunday-Friday

We aim to deliver all orders within 2 working days - if your order has not arrived within this time then please contact us. 

Christmas 2026 Shipping:

The cut-off for Christmas shipping is 2pm on 21st December.

All orders placed after this will be shipped on 28th December, when normal shipping resumes.
