There have been some exciting changes to the HOLOS team in the build up to 2021 as we continue to expand and grow and think positively about the future. We came out of the 2020 summer period needing to step up after working really hard.
This meant that Joseph, one of our co-founders and the HOLOS creative lead expanded his in-house role so he wasn't just overseeing the design, image and digital duties. He's now an official assistant brewer at HQ in West Sussex, which has enabled the existing team to produce a larger volume of product on a monthly basis. Joseph has a particularly vigorous kombucha pallet and is our go-to taste tester for the verdict on deliciousness. His co-founder status and existing manufacturing accreditation meant the step up was very smooth and natural.
