In 2025, I'm looking for balance. Life is too short to compromise on taste, even when making healthier choices. 
So to start the year off right, I've swapped my usual after-dinner treat for a fresh, revitalising glass of Holos Raspberry & Elderflower kombucha - not only does it indulgently satisfy my sweet tooth, it's organic, it's juicy, and it helps me to take care of my gut health.
 
It’s a perfect balance of sweet and sharp, with the bright, fruity zing of raspberries complemented by the delicate, floral notes of elderflower. Each sip is a burst of juicy flavour. 
 
A new & improved recipe...
 
Last October, we gained organic certification. This meant that we had to tweak some of our recipes to include only the best, organic ingredients. The new recipe uses organic raspberry juice and elderflower extract. And let me tell you: the taste is absolute perfection.
