Just months after launch, Holos Organic Kombucha is available in over 200+ Waitrose & Partners stores, nationwide.
When Holos first launched into Waitrose in November 2025, it marked a major milestone for our brand. Securing national retail distribution is one thing. Proving strong rate of sale through the busiest trading period of the year is another.
Through Christmas, Holos exceeded early expectations. Shoppers didn’t just try it, they chose it. That performance created confidence with the Waitrose buying team and accelerated our expansion on shelf far sooner than planned. Alongside this, we've enjoyed a fantastic relationship with the team, and together we've created some great social media content to celebrate the listing.
For us, this growth is not just about store count. It is a clear signal of changing shopper behaviour. Kombucha is no longer a fringe wellness drink. Waitrose customers are actively looking for drinks that are genuinely good for them, made with care and crafted to a premium standard. They expect organic ingredients. They expect proper fermentation. They expect flavour that belongs on the dinner table, not just in your rucksack.

Those funds contribute directly to our Rebuild grants programme, supporting people in our placement scheme with access to bespoke therapeutic interventions. Alongside this, Holos provides meaningful work, skills development, confidence and financial independence for survivors of exploitation and trauma.
This expansion means wider reach for our craft, our flavours and our mission. And we are only just getting started.
