Yorkshire Tea collaborates with HOLOS Kombucha

What's that new Yorkshire Tea drink? In a bottle? What is kombucha?

Over the past few months HOLOS kombucha have been working in partnership with Yorkshire Tea to create an exciting new kombucha offering.

Here at HOLOS HQ we always get asked one question; “what do tea-artists like yourselves have for a go-to cuppa?” Well, Yorkshire Tea of course. That’s why we were thrilled to link up with the Yorkshire Tea team. We had so much fun laughing, brewing and drinking until we agreed we had created something beautiful, unique and perfect for fans of both brands.

The resulting ‘Yorkshire Tea Kombucha’ is a tangy, lightly-sparkling chilled drink with a gentle fermented kick. As always, we used our traditional small-batch brewing methods and all-natural ingredients within the process, these same methods have helped us win multiple Great Taste awards and landed us on the shelves of M&S Food. Together, we’ve created two limited-edition batches of Yorkshire Tea Kombucha  – The ‘Original’ flavour highlights the depth, complexity and orange notes of Yorkshire Tea, whilst the ‘Ginger’ flavour delivers extra warmth and spice.

Ben Newbury, Head of Marketing at Yorkshire Tea said, “We’re thrilled to be working with the folk at HOLOS to create and trial Yorkshire Tea Kombucha. Being passionate about a proper brew also means caring deeply about its long-term future and innovation in tea is central to this. We asked HOLOS to help us create something unique because they make some of the best kombucha around and because they share our values when it comes to trading responsibly. We’re delighted with the resulting brew and hope it goes down well with consumers looking for something new and different and with Yorkshire Tea fans alike.”

Although it’s not available to purchase just yet, both flavours will be available to try at the London Coffee Festival 20th to the 23rd April 2023, and other locations soon to be announced.
