Yes, they do contain a small amount of organic raw cane sugar and a small amount of caffeine from the tea.

The sugar content is 3g per 100ml, so it's considerably lower than alternative soft drink options, whilst still maintaining great taste.

It's worth noting that the Rooibos Ginger flavour has considerably lower caffeine, because rooibos contains no caffeine at all.
